My Mission
My mission is to teach you mindful movement, to build body awareness and strengthen your whole being.
I like to remind people that with a little hard work, repetition and the right attention, you gain choice in the way you move.
Classes
Zoom Classes
Group class 9am. General level. This class will be live streamed via zoom so you can practice in the comfort of your own home.
Private class
One to one’s available via zoom Classes will be live streamed so you can practice in the comfort of your own home.
Ngaio
I have been practicing and teaching The Pilates Method for over 20 years. My training began with Contemporary PIlates Matwork at The Place. I continued with a bridging course in studio equipment with Dominique Jansen at Pilates Off The Square, London. Both teachers were founding members of The Pilates Foundation, and all certifications are under this body of teaching. I qualified in 2003, after many years of competitive swimming.
